As the administrative backbone of the college, this division manages all student records, academic scheduling, graduation processes, and general institutional data management to ensure seamless daily operations.

Bursary Division
Handling all financial matters, the Bursary is responsible for college budgeting, student fee management, procurement, and financial reporting to ensure that KUYPJ’s resources are optimized and efficiently maintained.

Academic Division
This department oversees curriculum development, academic quality control, teaching methodologies, and faculty management to ensure the highest standards of education and industry-aligned syllabuses.

Student Affairs Division
Dedicated to the student experience outside the classroom, this division manages student welfare, counseling services, accommodation, clubs, and extracurricular activities to cultivate well-rounded individuals.

Acting as the bridge between the college and the public, this team drives student recruitment, manages brand visibility, coordinates promotional campaigns, and facilitates a smooth admissions process for new students.
